Twitch to Livestream All Overwatch League’s Matches Starting Today

Twitch will be the Overwatch League’s “exclusive worldwide third-party provider” in all regions but China. In a two-year deal, Twitch will livestream all the league’s matches and develop in-game rewards and items for fans.

Blizzard Entertainment’s COO calls the deal an “historic and ground-breaking partnership… perfectly suited for Activision Blizzard, for Twitch, and—most importantly—for our growing global fanbase.”

Overwatch League’s first season’s first match begins today at 4 pm Pacific Time, with the San Fransisco Shock going up against the Los Angeles Valiant. The next two matches start at 6 pm and 8 pm, respectively. The season runs through June with playoffs beginning in July. The full match schedule can be seen here.
